Overview
We want you to be satisfied with SecureCheck. If you're not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below. SecureCheck is operated by Love Lake Technologies, and all payments are processed by Stripe.
One-Time Reports
SecureCheck reports are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the full value of the report is provided immediately — including breach details, risk assessment, and your personalized action checklist — we generally do not offer refunds for completed reports.
However, we understand that issues can arise. We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:
- Technical errors that prevented the report from being delivered or displayed correctly
- Duplicate or accidental charges
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Monthly Monitoring Subscriptions
You may cancel your monthly monitoring subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error or have an issue with a specific billing cycle, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@lovelaketechnologies.com with:
- The email address used for your purchase
- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
